Goshen One Capital Investments LLC (Goshen One) is a real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, management, and capital improvements of multifamily assets. Our focus is to create high-quality investments through real estate syndication as a way for investors to pool their resources and invest in multifamily properties at a much larger scale than they could on their own. That means greater profits, faster results. Goshen One leverages professional expertise and experience with a collective 57 years of experience to give investors opportunities to diversify their investment portfolio.
Meet the Team
Carl Randolph
Director of Property Acquisitions and Underwriting
Carl is a Managing Partner with Goshen One Capital. Having worked for Boeing Aircraft in a position that required him to travel the nation and internationally, Carl became familiar with blue-collar communities and acquired single-family properties as part of his portfolio then later broadened his expertise to include multi-family investments.
Carl oversees the Property Acquisition and Underwriting Departments. By searching for properties that match Goshen One’s investment strategies, Carl’s primary responsibility is to reduce our investors’ risk while ensuring each deal has potential for performance and increase. Increased profitability for our investors is a natural outgrowth of planned and implemented approaches that follow proven formulas.
Vivian Randolph
Director of Investor Relations and Legal Counsel
Vivian is a Managing Partner with Goshen One and heads the Investor Relations and Legal Compliance Departments. Vivian and her team research market activity across the nation to keep our investors informed of trends and opportunities in the multifamily market.
Vivian has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law). She has been a litigator practicing law for nearly 20 years and opened her own law firm in California. She is a member of the Orange County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations..
Malia Lym
Director of Assessment Management and Finance
Malia heads the Assessment Management and Underwriting divisions of Goshen One. She is responsible to oversee the team of local contractors and engineers to efficiently build and remodel value add projects to our investors’ assets. She double checks the formulas and runs the numbers whether it be our investors’ finances or the measurements and weights in our construction.
Malia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) earning a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Management (Dual Degree). She has worked in the oil and gas industry for the past 13 years including her time as a Fire Protection Engineer for the Chevron refinery.
Andrew Lym
Licensed Master Commercial Electrician
Andrew is the licensed Master Commercial Electrician for Goshen One. With foreman responsibilities, Andrew manages the trades and contractors at property sites that are undergoing value add construction and remodeling ensuring they meet current code and compliance regulations, as well as timelines and budget goals,
Andrew’s has over 25 years of experience as a commercial and residential electrician. He opened his first electrical company in New Jersey and built a team that tackled multi-million dollar projects throughout the New York industrial area.
